By accessing or using TryVirtualSupport, you agree to these Terms. This page provides general legal information about the service and does not constitute legal advice.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, requesting, purchasing, or using services offered under the TryVirtualSupport name, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. TryVirtualSupport is operated by Virtual Support Business.

If you use the services for a company or another organisation, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the services.

Section 02

Services

TryVirtualSupport provides business process outsourcing and virtual staffing services. Depending on the agreed scope, services may include:

  • Dedicated virtual assistant support;
  • Inbound and outbound call centre services;
  • Ecommerce customer and operational support; and
  • Administrative and back-office support.

The specific tasks, staffing level, working schedule, communication methods, deliverables, and service period will be set out in the applicable proposal, order, invoice, or other written agreement. Services may be offered through monthly subscription, part-time, or full-time plans, subject to availability and the terms agreed for the relevant engagement.

Section 03

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete instructions and any access, materials, approvals, or information reasonably needed to perform the services. You remain responsible for reviewing work and making business decisions based on that work.

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purpose, or in a manner that infringes another person’s rights. You must maintain appropriate security over credentials shared for service delivery and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access or misuse.

Section 04

Payment

Fees, billing frequency, taxes, payment dates, and any plan-specific conditions will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement. Monthly subscription, part-time, and full-time arrangements may have different fees and billing terms.

You agree to pay all undisputed amounts when due using an accepted payment method. If payment is overdue, Virtual Support Business may pause or limit the affected services after reasonable notice, where permitted by law. Any refund, credit, cancellation, or renewal terms are governed by the terms presented for the specific plan or engagement.

Section 05

Intellectual Property

Virtual Support Business and its licensors retain all rights in the TryVirtualSupport name, website, service materials, processes, templates, documentation, and other pre-existing intellectual property. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from those materials.

You retain ownership of content and materials you provide to us. You grant Virtual Support Business a limited right to access and use those materials solely as necessary to provide the agreed services. Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables, if any, will be determined by the applicable written agreement and subject to payment of all related fees.

Disclaimer

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill, subject to the agreed scope and applicable law. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, services and website information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Virtual Support Business does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular commercial result.

Operational, customer service, administrative, and ecommerce support does not replace professional legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where required.

Section 07

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Virtual Support Business will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data arising from or related to the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional allocation or limitation of liability agreed for a particular engagement will be stated in the relevant written agreement.

Section 08

Termination

Either party may end a service arrangement in accordance with the notice, cancellation, or minimum-term requirements stated in the applicable plan or written agreement. Virtual Support Business may suspend or terminate services where you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the services, or create a security or legal risk.

Upon termination, you must pay fees properly due for services provided up to the effective termination date. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing law—will survive termination.

Section 09

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights or procedures under applicable law, the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the services.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and reasonable discussion.
